The pillars of islam

No one can claim to be a moeslim, unless he believes in these five essential rules and practises them sincerely :

1. To testify that none has the right to be worshipped but Allah, and Muhammad is Allah's messenger.
2. To offer the prayes dutifully and perfectly.
3. To pay zakat.
4. To observe fast during the mont of ramadhan.
5. The perform haji whenever one is capable.
